UP & CSX engines movements. 02:14 SP B30-7 no. 5108 sits idle at the yard. 02:48 UP freight pulls out of yard with a full train. 03:33 My dad gives information about the yard. 03:57 Baby Jared (Me) talks about the trains. 06:09 Railroad crew boards the SP locomotive. SP unit & CSXT switcher have a mini race to the grade crossing. NS Forrest Yard 2552 Southern Ave. 08:27 UP freight heads west with SD40-2s & SD50. 10:01 Same UP freight seen before approaches 1089 South Cooper St. The locomotive has a Leslie S3L airhorn. For some reason the high-pitch bell is extremely loud. Sounded kind of cool to me! 10:56 Short NS train departs Forrest Yard. My dad called the train "Southern Norfolk" instead of Norfolk Southern LOL. 12:34 Short NS train seen before passes the UP freight also seen previously at Forrest Yard.
